Ordering Information
- All garments in your order include embroidery using the logo you provide or a verified logo on file.
- Standard placement is the left chest on apparel. Caps include front embroidery in your selected position.
- Artwork and orders are reviewed by our staff before production. We may contact you if adjustments or additional charges are needed.
- New-logo digitizing is $35, or free at 24 or more garments using the same logo. Usable DST/EMB files and eligible unchanged logos on file also avoid the fee, subject to staff verification.
- Typical embroidery turnaround is 3–5 business days after artwork and order approval; timing may vary with quantity and availability.
- Need your order by a particular date? Include it in the Order Instructions box. Requested dates are not guaranteed until confirmed.
- We retain approved artwork for convenient future reorders.
- For sizing, consult the garment specifications. If you're between sizes, consider sizing up.
