You do not need a large uniform order to look established. Standard embroidery has no garment minimum, whether you need a few polos for a new business or another shirt for a new hire.
We keep your embroidery logo on file. Eligible unchanged reorders of logos we digitized do not need another digitizing fee. Our team can help coordinate shirts and hats, check artwork and choose practical styles for your workday.

Embroidery or screen printing for your staff?
Choose embroidery for stitched company logos on polos, hats, work shirts and jackets. It is a practical starting point for small teams and individual new-hire orders.
Choose screen printing for matching crew T-shirts and larger groups. The minimum is 12 shirts. Fewer print colors and higher quantities can improve the price per shirt. A proof is required for each print location before production.
Our standard online embroidery is for logos up to 10,000 stitches. Large designs and special placements need a custom quote. Digital embroidery proofs are available on request and may add time.

Online per-garment pricing includes the selected embroidery or screen printing. Digitizing, applicable artwork charges and tax are shown separately.
A new embroidery logo normally has a one-time $35 digitizing fee. Eligible unchanged logo-on-file reorders and usable DST/EMB uploads avoid that fee. Digitizing is free at 24 or more garments using the same logo.
All artwork and orders are subject to staff review. Final pricing may change after review.

Embroidery: 3–5 business days after all approvals. Screen printing: 7–10 business days after all approvals. Shipping time is additional.

Collect your finished apparel in Mesquite. Shipping is available; UPS standard charges are billed separately and must be paid before shipment.

Can I order just a few company shirts or hats?
Yes. Standard embroidery has no garment minimum, so you can start with a few polos or hats and return when you hire more employees. Screen printing has a 12-shirt minimum. Garment availability and artwork suitability are reviewed by our staff.
How much do company shirts with a logo cost?
Your price depends on the garment, sizes, quantity, decoration method and logo locations. Online garment pricing includes the selected embroidery or screen printing; digitizing, applicable artwork charges and tax are shown separately. Standard embroidery covers logos up to 10,000 stitches. More detailed or larger designs require staff review and may change the price.
Is there a setup fee for my company logo?

How long will our staff shirts take?
Standard embroidery production is 3–5 business days after all approvals. Screen printing is 7–10 business days after all approvals. These times exclude shipping. Tell us your needed-by date before ordering so our staff can review the schedule.
Can I reorder for a new employee?
Yes. We keep your embroidery logo on file for eligible reorders without another digitizing fee when Mesquite Graphics digitized the unchanged logo. Standard embroidery has no minimum. Garment stock and colors may change, so contact us if matching an earlier order is essential.
What if I am starting a business or do not know which shirts to choose?
Tell us what your team does, how many people you are outfitting, your preferred colors and when you need the order. You can attach your logo to a quote request if you have it, or tell us that your artwork needs help. We will review suitable garments and decoration options with you.
