Using the website and integration

You may use available website features to review services, request quotes, submit authorized artwork, and manage your own orders. Mesquite Graphics grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use those features for these purposes, subject to these terms. This permission does not transfer ownership of the website, its software, or third-party materials.

You must be an adult authorized to place the order or act for the relevant business. Do not access another person's records, attempt to bypass security, submit malicious files, misuse credentials, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with the service. Mesquite Graphics may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse or security risks.

Private QuickBooks integration

The QuickBooks connection is for authorized Mesquite Graphics staff managing Mesquite Graphics' own company. It is not offered as a general QuickBooks integration service to customer businesses. Staff must have the company's permission to connect, use, or disconnect it. Intuit accounts and services remain subject to Intuit's separate terms.

The current production diagnostic performs temporary company, preference, and item reads only. Authorization is not approval to activate live card charges or accounting writes. Future production functionality requires separate verification and owner activation. Authorized administrators may revoke access through QuickBooks' connected-app management; contact us for assistance.

Artwork, permissions, and proofs

You retain rights you hold in submitted artwork. You grant Mesquite Graphics permission to store, reproduce, digitize, adapt for production, and share it with service providers only as needed to quote, produce, support, and maintain records of your order. You must have permission to use submitted names, logos, trademarks, and other content. We may decline unsuitable, infringing, vulgar, or offensive content and discuss an appropriate refund when applicable.

Review all proof details, including spelling, garment details, colors, and placement. Screen printing requires proof approval before production. Embroidery digital proofs are available on request and may affect timing. Approved proof details guide production, subject to disclosed production limitations. Report a discrepancy promptly; these terms do not waive rights that applicable law gives you.

Prices, charges, and order review

A decorated garment's quoted unit price includes the garment and its embroidery or screen printing. Size surcharges may produce different unit prices by size. Digitizing and artwork setup may appear separately when charged. QuickBooks default item prices do not replace the website prices accepted for the order.

All artwork and orders require staff review. If review identifies additional work or a price change, we will seek your approval before collecting an additional charge or producing changed work. Payment does not authorize an undisclosed increase. If we cannot accept an order or agree on a revision, contact us to arrange cancellation or an applicable refund.

Shipping is arranged and billed separately at standard UPS rates and must be paid before shipment. Online orders require decoration; blank garment orders require direct contact. Screen printing has a 12-shirt minimum. Displayed availability and estimates may change until staff confirms the order.

Timing, changes, and concerns

Standard production is 3–5 business days for embroidery and 7–10 business days for screen printing after required approvals, unless another schedule is agreed. Shipping transit is additional. Contact us before placing a time-sensitive order. These estimates do not guarantee a particular in-hands date.

Contact us promptly for changes, cancellation, defects, or order concerns. Custom work, digitizing, artwork preparation, and approved production may affect available remedies; we will explain the proposed resolution based on work performed and applicable law. A requested embroidery proof makes the disclosed digitizing fee non-refundable once that proof work is requested, to the extent permitted by law.

Service availability and third parties

Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every preview feature is available for production orders. Do not use development checkout to submit real card details. Third-party links, authentication, payment, and accounting services operate under their providers' terms. Intuit is not the seller of Mesquite Graphics garments or decorating services.

Privacy, changes, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. We may update these terms by posting a revised date and providing notice when required. Changes do not silently change prices or approvals for an existing accepted order. Applicable law continues to govern your rights; nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
