Privacy Policy
Updated October 23, 2026
This policy explains how Mesquite Graphics handles information through its embroidery and screen printing website and Mesquite Graphics Integration, its private QuickBooks integration. The storefront is under development. Live online payments are not enabled; descriptions of ordering and payment processing apply when those features are made available.
Information we handle
You may provide your name, company, email, telephone number, billing or delivery address, garment selections, order notes, artwork, personalized names, and proof approvals or change requests. Order records may include prices, tax, payment references, payment status, and support communications. Please do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive information in artwork or notes.
Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser and device details, request times, security events, and delivery or error logs. Essential cookies and browser storage support shopping carts, saved checkout sessions, staff authentication, and security.
How information is used
We use information to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, fulfill and support orders, manage artwork and proofs, communicate order updates, maintain accounting records, prevent fraud and unauthorized access, and operate and troubleshoot the service. Uploading artwork does not authorize its use in public advertising or a portfolio; any such use requires separate permission.
QuickBooks connection and data
Only an authorized Mesquite Graphics owner or administrator may connect the business's own QuickBooks company. Customers do not need to connect their own QuickBooks accounts. The current production diagnostic is limited by application code to reading company information, accounting preferences, and product/service items. It uses a temporary encrypted session, discards the refresh token, and does not create live transactions.
Future production accounting and payment features require separate activation. When enabled, the integration may exchange customer, invoice, tax, and payment-reference information needed for Mesquite Graphics orders. Website-approved decorated garment prices remain authoritative. QuickBooks default item prices must not change a customer's accepted website price. We do not use QuickBooks data to build unrelated profiles or sell it to other businesses.
Service providers and disclosures
Providers supporting the service include Vercel for hosting, Prisma and the connected database service for application records, Cloudflare for artwork storage and security, WorkOS for staff authentication, Resend for transactional email, and Intuit QuickBooks for authorized accounting and payment functions. Each receives information needed for its function, subject to its own terms and applicable protections. A carrier may receive delivery details when shipping is separately arranged.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this application. We may disclose information when necessary to comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate confidentiality and applicable law. External links and embedded third-party content, such as maps, are governed by the provider's own policy.
Payments
Do not email card numbers or include them in uploads or order notes. Live online card processing is disabled during development. Before activation, card collection must use the payment processor's hosted or tokenized processing so raw card details do not pass through or remain on Mesquite Graphics servers. Order records may retain transaction identifiers, status, amounts, and limited processor-provided payment details.
Retention, security, and disconnection
We retain order, accounting, artwork, and support information for the business purposes described here and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the record and its purpose; records are not promised immediate deletion when a connection is removed. Access controls, encrypted connections, protected artwork access, and other safeguards reduce risk, but no system is completely secure.
An authorized QuickBooks administrator can revoke this app's connection through QuickBooks' connected-app management. Revocation stops future authorized access; it does not delete records already required for accounting, existing orders, disputes, or legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion of information that we are not required to retain.
Your choices and requests
Contact info@mesquitegraphics.com or call 972-613-8337 to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or help with a privacy concern. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. We respond as required by applicable law and explain applicable limits. You may ask us to reconsider a denied request by replying to our response with 'Privacy appeal.'
Essential browser storage can be cleared through your browser, but doing so may remove your cart or checkout session. Transactional order and security messages are distinct from optional marketing. This service is intended for adults placing orders for themselves or an organization; it is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if a child has provided personal information.
