All garments in your order include embroidery using the logo you provide or a verified logo on file.
Standard placement is the left chest on apparel. Caps include front embroidery in your selected position.
Artwork and orders are reviewed by our staff before production. We may contact you if adjustments or additional charges are needed.
New-logo digitizing is $35, or free at 24 or more garments using the same logo. Usable DST/EMB files and eligible unchanged logos on file also avoid the fee, subject to staff verification.
Typical embroidery turnaround is 3–5 business days after artwork and order approval; timing may vary with quantity and availability.
Need your order by a particular date? Include it in the Order Instructions box. Requested dates are not guaranteed until confirmed.
We retain approved artwork for convenient future reorders.
