Three decisions for your first company order.
1. Choose who needs what
List the people and roles you are outfitting. A few embroidered polos can be a practical start because standard embroidery has no garment minimum. You do not need to add unwanted tees just to reach a screen-print quantity.
2. Review your logo
Send the best artwork you have and identify the garment and location. A polo logo and a hat logo may need different preparation. Ask us to review fine lettering or a large design before assuming standard embroidery applies.
3. Save a clear record
Keep the style, color name, sizes and approved logo reference. Those details are more useful for a later order than a screenshot of an approximate screen color. Garment availability can change.
Make the second order easier.
When you add an employee, reference the earlier style and unchanged logo. Eligible reorders of logos Mesquite Graphics digitized can avoid another digitizing fee after review; a changed logo may need new preparation.
Tell us if matching the previous garment is essential. We check the chosen style and color rather than promising every batch or companion fit will match exactly. Screen-printing reorders still follow the 12-shirt minimum and current pricing.

Can I start with a few polos?
Yes. Standard embroidery has no garment minimum. Choose sizes using the actual product chart and provide artwork for review.
How does a logo-on-file reorder work?
Reference the earlier order and logo. We verify that we digitized the unchanged logo and that it remains usable before waiving another digitizing fee.
Where is pickup?
Pickup is at our Mesquite shop: 3330 N. Galloway Ave., Suite 318, during Monday–Friday hours, 8 AM–4 PM.
What should I prepare for a first order?
Choose garment styles, colors, sizes and quantities; provide your logo and needed-by date. Ask about a custom design before committing to a schedule.
