Bring your own items for embroidery.
Already have shirts you love or gear you want personalized? Mesquite Graphics accepts customer-supplied items for embroidery after our staff reviews and approves them. You will sign the waiver we provide when you leave your items with us.
What can I bring?
Shirts, hats, bags, backpacks and towels.
Bring in your own shirts for a company logo, hats for your crew, or bags, backpacks and towels for an embroidery project. Have something else in mind? Ask us to take a look.
Every item needs individual review. The material, construction, access to the stitching area and requested design affect whether we can embroider it. We accept only items our staff agrees are suitable.
We provide our customer-supplied-item waiver at the shop when you drop off your items. Please review and sign it before leaving them for embroidery.
Our staff can answer questions about the waiver and confirm which items we can accept.
How to get started
- Tell us about your project. Share the item type, quantity, logo or design, preferred placement and needed-by date.
- Bring the items for review. Our team checks suitability and discusses pricing and timing with you.
- Sign our waiver at drop-off. Leave the approved items with us so we can arrange your embroidery order.
Customer-supplied items are handled through our shop. The online catalog prices include a garment purchased from us; contact our team for pricing on items you bring in.

Choose shirts, polos, hats and workwear from our catalog and order the garment and embroidery together. We can help you select a style for your team or project.
