A clear artwork handoff saves avoidable questions.
Choose the garment and method.
Open a supported style to review colors and sizes. Keep the style number with your notes. Pocketed work shirts need placement review; a product photo is not proof that every location is suitable.
Send the design with instructions.
Use the best original artwork available, identify the location and check all text. For several print locations, label each design separately. Confirm permission to reproduce logos and other submitted artwork.
Review the order before production.
Confirm garments, quantities, saved pricing and required approvals. The garment and selected decoration are combined per garment; digitizing and applicable tax are separate. Orders require verified payment before acceptance.
Choose pickup or arrange shipping after the details are clear.
Pickup at the shop
Plan collection during weekday hours. Keep your order reference available when discussing collection, and confirm the order is ready before making pickup plans.
Separately billed shipping
Shipping can be arranged, with charges billed separately and paid before shipment. Production estimates exclude transit time. We do not promise courier service, a fixed journey time or an automatic delivery date.
For a larger or unusually detailed design, use the existing review path before completing an online configuration that does not fit your needs.

Can I begin online?
Yes. Start with embroidery or screen printing and a supported catalog style. Other garments or special placements can be reviewed through the existing form.
How are artwork and approvals handled?
Provide your artwork and exact instructions. Staff reviews suitability; screen printing requires a digital proof before production. Embroidery proofs are available on request.
Does the price include garment and decoration?
The per-garment price combines the garment and selected decoration. Digitizing and applicable tax are separate, and final details remain subject to staff review.
Where is pickup, and when is shipping paid?
Pickup is at our Mesquite address, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM. Separately billed shipping must be paid before shipment.
