Youth and adult performance tees have their own size grids. Companion naming does not mean every garment can share one price tier or an identical color match.
Turn a rough count into an order you can check.
A group order becomes easier to review when every entry has a clear garment and size. Do not use age alone to choose youth apparel or assume that a medium in one style equals another.
Check the totals before approving them. If a participant changes a size or the group adds another garment, keep a revised list with a clear version so you and the shop review the same information.
Send your best original artwork and confirm permission to reproduce it. A clear source file helps us review detail, contrast and placement; it does not remove the need for staff review or the required screen-printing proof.

Which method fits a small group?
Standard embroidery has no garment minimum and is often a starting point for a few polo logos. Screen printing requires at least 12 shirts on eligible products.
What size information is needed?
List the style, fit, color, size and quantity for every product. Keep youth and adult records separate and use the actual product charts.
When should we discuss a needed-by date?
Before ordering. Garment choices, artwork, approvals and payment need time before normal production begins; a requested date is not a delivery guarantee.
How do pickup and shipping work?
Pickup is at our Mesquite shop during weekday business hours. Shipping is separately billed and must be paid before shipment; transit time is additional.
