A garment-dyed tee, a cotton group shirt, a heather blend and a performance tee give you different starting points. Compare feel, care instructions and sizes; ask us to review print contrast on the chosen color. The examples below do not promise stock or a particular fundraising return.

If shipping is needed, allow additional transit time after production. Shipping charges are billed separately and paid before shipment; do not treat a production estimate as an arrival date.
Screen printing typically takes 7–10 business days after required approvals. We review your requested schedule; this guide does not calculate a guaranteed completion date or offer a rush service.
Allow time for garment choices, correct quantities and sizes, artwork review, digital proof approval and payment. Late changes need review and can affect the plan.
A short front design and sponsor artwork on the back may work on selected approved products. Send artwork for every location and identify which text matters most. Fine detail and tiny sponsor marks may need changes before a readable proof is possible.
Check spelling, dates and sponsor names carefully. A proof is an approval step, not a live preview of every possible garment and ink combination. All submitted designs need appropriate reproduction rights.
Garment style, sizes, quantity, print colors and locations affect pricing. Fewer print colors can help lower the per-shirt cost for larger orders. Ask for a comparison while the design is still flexible.
The combined price includes the selected garment and screen printing; applicable tax and any relevant artwork or digitizing charges are separate. Final pricing is subject to review. We do not promise a fundraising margin, sponsorship arrangement or tax treatment.
Yes—share the occasion, quantity, sizes and artwork for review. Screen printing follows the 12-shirt minimum and current eligible-product rules.
Selected products support front and back printing. Send the permitted artwork for each location, with exact text and priorities; readability and the required digital proof are reviewed before production.
The garment, sizes, quantity, number of print colors and locations all matter. Compare options before final approval; do not use a supplier blank price as the decorated total.
You can request a quote without payment. We review the order and schedule first; an accepted order requires verified payment and the required approvals. No event fulfillment platform or fundraising store is included.
For customer-supplied items, ask about embroidery review and the signed drop-off waiver. This does not extend to customer-supplied screen printing. Read the embroidery-on-your-own-items policy ↗
